Code of Ethics and Good Practices
Phoenix Technical Services Inc pledges its support of, and
adherence to, the principles set forth below. Through our voluntary compliance with these
principles, PTS acknowledges that compliance is in the best interests of the recruiting
industry, its clients, and its employees.
PTS agrees to always strive:
- To comply with all laws and regulations applicable to our
business, and to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in its operation and
dealings with candidates, clients and competitors.
"It is perfectly acceptable to lose a fee; it is not acceptable to lose our
reputation."
- To treat all applicants and candidates with dignity and
respect, and to provide equal employment opportunities, based on bona fide job
qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age or
disability.
- To maintain the highest standard of integrity in all
advertising, and to present the best qualified candidates to fill clients' needs.
- To determine the experience and qualifications of candidates
as PTS, deems appropriate to the circumstances, or as may be required by law.
- To take prompt action to address candidate and client
questions, concerns or complaints.
